Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is offered on all orders over $50. This threshold is calculated after any discounts are applied and before taxes.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Gavario is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control. We will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase — for any reason — contact us at support@gavario.com and we will arrange a return or refund.

Refund Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
